Terms of Service
The Terms of Using This Site
What this website is, what it is not, and the terms you agree to by using it.
Last updated August 11, 2026
These terms govern use of the Serenity Scalp Spa website. In short: the information published here is general scalp care guidance rather than medical advice, using the site does not create a practitioner relationship, and appointments are confirmed by the studio rather than by a form.
What do these terms cover?
These terms govern your use of the Serenity Scalp Spa website. By browsing this site, submitting a callback request or using the chat widget, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Is the information on this website medical advice?
No. Serenity Scalp Spa provides cosmetic scalp and hair wellness services. Everything published on this website is general information about those services and about scalp care. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it must not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or dermatologist.
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here. If you believe you have a medical condition affecting your scalp or hair, contact a physician. In an emergency, call 911.
Does using this website create a practitioner relationship?
No. Browsing this site, reading the Journal, submitting a callback request or exchanging messages through the chat widget does not create a practitioner-client or doctor-patient relationship. A professional relationship begins only when you attend an appointment and services are agreed in person.
What is acceptable use of this website?
- Use the site for lawful purposes only, and in a way that does not restrict anyone else's use of it.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
- Do not submit false, misleading or another person's information through any form.
- Do not use automated systems to scrape, harvest or overload the site.
- Do not upload anything containing malicious code.
How do appointments, deposits and cancellations work?
Appointment requests submitted through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. An appointment is confirmed only when the studio confirms it directly with you.
A deposit is required to hold an appointment and a card is held on file. Serenity Scalp Spa asks for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and late cancellations may be subject to a fee. With a single treatment room and long appointment blocks, a late cancellation is a slot that cannot be refilled.
Are treatment results guaranteed?
No. Scalp and hair responses vary between individuals, and nothing on this website guarantees a particular outcome. Descriptions of typical results reflect common experience across guests, not a promise about your result. Any testimonials or reviews shown are the genuine experiences of the individuals who wrote them.
Who owns the content on this website?
All content on this site — text, photographs, video, layout, graphics and the Serenity Scalp Spa name and logo — is owned by the practice or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, republishing, distributing or adapting any part of this site for other purposes requires written permission.
What about links to other websites?
This site may link to third-party websites, including retail partners whose products the studio recommends. Those sites are not controlled by the practice, and linking to them is not an endorsement of everything they publish. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
How is liability limited?
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenity Scalp Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Which law governs these terms?
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
Can these terms change?
Yes. Updated terms are published on this page with a revised date, and they take effect when published. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the revised terms.
How do you contact us about these terms?
Write to Serenity Scalp Spa at 28751 Rancho California Rd Suite 204, Temecula, CA 92590, email carisa@serenityscalpspa.com, or call (951) 412-2234 during opening hours.
