If you request a callback, that means your name, phone number, optional email address and the short description of your reason for calling. If you book through the chat widget, it means the details you enter there.

Does this website collect protected health information?

No. This website is not a patient portal and is not designed to receive protected health information. Please do not submit detailed health history, diagnoses, medication lists or clinical images through the website forms or the chat widget.

Callback requests submitted on the contact page are sent directly from your browser to the secure booking platform that operates the studio's scheduling and callback service. They are not stored on this website's hosting. Any clinical conversation happens in person, by phone or in a scheduled consultation — not through this site.

Serenity Scalp Spa does not sell your personal information, and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
